Since 2002, Gym@Ben Vorster has been at the forefront of health, fitness and conditioning for the pupils of Ben Vorster High School as well as the general public of Tzaneen town.
We boast with members that include past and present Jr. South African Athletes, Cape epic riders, Ultra Marathon & Comrades runners, Half-Iron & Full Iron man competitors, Senior and Junior Springbok & Currie Cup rugby players, National & provincial Body Builders, Moto-cross riders, recreational weekend warriors, the everyday average Joe and our beloved pensioners.
Every effort is made to motivate and help our members to achieve optimal health and fitness to enhance their sporting performance and improve their activities of daily living.
We feel passionate that exercise be established as part of everyday life to create a healthy lifestyle, thus improving self-confidence and self believe.
